Step into the world of frequency, sound and healing. Embracing the ancient wisdom and practice of this deeply mystical and expansive artform. This training is for anyone who feels the call to hold spaces of stillness that will provide healing for their friends, family and wider communities. Who like me are deeply connected to ritual and believe in the sacredness that this practice offers.

What will be covered:

  • Mysticism and history of sound and Himalayan bowls.

  • How to choose your bowl.

  • How to energetically cleanse and charge your bowls.

  • Protecting your energy.

  • How to prepare, create and hold sacred spaces.

  • Choosing instruments to complement your unique offering and arrangement.

  • How to prepare, sequence, and lead group sound baths.

  • How to guide others into stillness and embracing the void.

  • Using the bowls for self healing.

  • Activating and incorporating your sacred voice.

  • Effects of sound: energetic - physical - spiritual.

  • Understanding the journey through the brain waves.

    Techniques you will learn:

  • 1:1 Sound Energy massage sequence with Himalayan Bowls.

  • Learn to play 7 Chakra sequence. Group setting and 1:1.

There will be lots of time to practice 1:1 and an opportunity as a group setting.

You will begin to tune into what you envision your unique soundscape to be whilst exploring a range of other complementing instruments - chimes, monolina, drum, reverie harp, sansula...

You will graduate feeling confidant in playing Himalayan singing bowls and in holding space for others to journey deeply.

About your course leader…

Francesca Secolonovo

I was led down a path of deep healing in 2017 after loosing someone dear. Yoga, meditation, sound healing, cacao.. practices of stillness and self reflection provided the healing that I needed to step back out into the world. Embracing a new beginning upon my rebirth, I began to study with some truly gifted teachers who have inspired and helped shape the person, teacher, facilitator I am today.

Over the last 6 years I have shared the magic and power of the Himalayan Bowls in weekly classes, workshops and retreats across the UK and have witnessed how deeply transformational they have been. Stories upon stories of the cosmic journeys, memories, emotional releases, visions, realisations not forgetting the impact they have had in improving sleep, creativity and overall wellbeing.

I weave in the power of ritual, intention as well as complementing practices such as yoga, cacao, meditation, movement to deepen and expands ones journey and felt experience .

Frequently asked Questions

Q: Do I need to have my own set of bowls for the training?

A: No, on the day you will have access to my bowls to practice with. However, if you have a bowl please bring it with you to practice with and to charge its energy.

Q: Do I need to have any kind of experience?

A: No experience is needed. Sound healing is about tuning into your intuitive and creative nature. Simply come with a sense of curiosity and trust in the unravelling of the journey and the call that had brought you here.

Q: Will I be able to buy a bowl from you?

A: Yes, I hope to receive a batch of Himalayan Bowls by then. You will learn how to choose the right bowl for you.

Q: Can I pay in installments?

A: Yes, of course. Once you have confirmed your spot by paying your deposit of £150. The remaining amount can be spread over 3 payments.
